Kamp Kilmer is excited to announce the launch of the God Panels NFT collection with support from Chainlink and Galaxis. The collection is powered by Chainlink VRF to ensure verifiably fair on-chain randomness, and the Galaxis Art Engine will ensure that artists and collectors are able to create continuously evolving artwork.
Kamp Kilmer is the brainchild of actor and artist Val Kilmer, known for his work in films like Top Gun, Batman Forever, Willow, Tombstone, Heat, and The Doors. Val envisioned Kamp Kilmer as a metaverse for artists, musicians and collectors to celebrate creativity.
The actor came up with the idea after a battle with throat cancer that made it difficult for him to speak, and so Kamp Kilmer was founded as a destination for artists to gather and express themselves in exciting and innovative ways.
“I’m grateful that Web3 technology has enabled me to create an enclave where I can continue to connect and collaborate with the bohemians and pirates, poets, academics, filmmakers, and actors that have made my life so rich,” stated Kilmer.
Already established in the traditional art world, Val Kilmer is well-known for a fine art exhibition entitled God Panels. The collection consists of the word GOD written across multiple panels—inviting viewers to examine their own relationship with the word.
The God Panels NFT Collection will expand on this concept, first by launching foundational genesis God Panel pieces created by Val Kilmer, and then inviting other artists and collectors to expand on them to create continuously evolving artworks that will survive well into the future.

Community tools will also be implemented to enable God Panel owners to manage the project as it evolves, creating an autonomous art collection that can continue to expand beyond our lifetimes.
“The God Panels project will be the first of many within the Kamp Kilmer metaverse. With support from Chainlink VRF, users can generate provably rare NFTs and then continuously add utility to them over time,” stated Andras Kristof, Founder and CEO of Galaxis. “We’re excited that our platform can empower Val Kilmer and hundreds of other artists to explore what’s possible within the world of Web3. The ultimate goal of Galaxis is to build a future for NFTs through code and community.”
