Gavin Shapiro is a 3D artist and animator currently working at R/GA in NYC. His ultimate goal aims to create work that makes people smile: high-quality, surreal 3D animation that doesn’t take itself too seriously, but can still maintain an impressive level of quality. He originally moved from Osaka to Paris, where he worked as a freelance designer, before landing a job at R/GA as an animator. He’s also unique in that his art is available for viewing on youtube. He also loves flamingos.
