We created a video to discuss the bulls project you can watch it here. dont forget to read the rest of the article below.
Another day, another NFT project. Today we’re seeing bulls on the block enter the NFT space after a weekend of massive disappointments. Can this project deliver or are we possibly seeing the peak of the NFT collectible season. We hope that the Bulls on the block are successful with a well polished launch that doesnt further damage the community. There’s a lot of excitement around this project and it’s easy to understand why. The amount of effort that the team has put in to make sure that they have exceptionally high quality art and the technology is very similar to the BAYC back end systems and contracts. They are also benefiting from maximum excitement from the community and NFT influencers like loopify meaning this project should pay off.
Failed NFT Collectible Season
The last week may have been a gift and a curse as the BoTB team has learned lessons from other failed launches and are going to do their best to imitate the Bored Ape Yacht Club, as much as possible. In fact, the origin of the bulls on the block story starts with Bored Ape Yacht Club. This team met through the Bored Ape community, and were amazed at the power of what the power of community can do. They got together and started brainstorming around some fun things they could do for the community, and noticed that, to build a community, they would need to come up with some fresh ideas. After a lot of iterations the team settled on bulls, and from there bulls on the block was born, these bulls will be released, and a set of 10,000 programmatically generated NF T’s, that will include over 250 items.
The art is designed by popular Internet artist Rui Duarte, and the bulls will be stored on the popular ERC 721 token, all art will be available on IP F, S, and the bulls will be minted on the website with a starting time this afternoon. All Bulls, will be priced at the market rate of .08 eth plus gas fees. and the team actually lowered the purchase amount of Bulls from 20 to 10, allowing more collectors, a chance to collect these Bulls. With so many launches, becoming lackluster, and so many issues with attributes, either creating objectively ugly art, or in the worst instances art that depicts abuse, or worse, the Bull team did their best to combine traits that create a beautiful aesthetic. Each species (subset of Bull) has their own mouth and eyes to strengthen the value of the collectible, then the bulls each have attributes or traits that include background for horns, eyes, mouth, glasses, earrings, chains, hats, and clothing. In total, there will be 279 attributes. Additionally, unlike many of the other NFT projects that have launched recently, the roadmap is already in place, and you can see it on their website. The goal of this team is to create a great and growing community. They’ve created a low transaction fee of 3% 2% of which will go to a community wallet for future iteration, and 1% to the Bulls on the block team. It’s exciting and refreshing to see that they’re being candid about where the money is actually going to go. Once the project concludes, there will be things like air drops likely derivative NF t’s a community wallet. Five derivatives for bull owners, and a swim line for bulls on the block swimwear. There will also be a liquidity pool to be initiated. And eventually the team plans on getting Bulls on the block tattoos. From there, the sky’s the limit.
We have to say that we’re excited about this project, but somewhat cautious, given the recent launch issues of other similar community based ideas. We hope this is successful, as the art is very pretty. The team seems to have their head on straight, and they’ve learned lessons from the failed projects before them.
