Dookey Dash BAYC Results are IN!
Recently, BAYC held an event called Dookey Dash, which allowed players to explore the sewer system and compete for the coveted butthole key. And let’s just say, it was a wild ride. Over 25,000 players spent a cumulative 706,436 hours exploring the sewer and collecting power-ups, with some using Powershart Packs to boost their runs.
Of course, with any competition, some players fared better than others. The longest run lasted for an impressive 10.88 minutes, while the shortest run clocked in at an incredible .099 seconds. But no matter how long or short your run was, everyone who participated is a winner in our book.
Mongraal Wins the Key
Mongraal, the popular Fortnite streamer, has made headlines by winning the coveted Bored Ape Yacht Club butthole key. The key is considered one of the rarest and most valuable NFTs in existence, and its ownership grants the holder access to exclusive events and experiences within the BAYC community. With the recent surge in popularity of NFTs and the metaverse, the value of the butthole key is only expected to increase in the coming years. Many in the community believe that the key may be the most valuable NFT currently in existence, and its acquisition by Mongraal only adds to the mystique and allure of the Bored Ape Yacht Club.

And speaking of winners, we can’t forget about the top scorers who will be announced soon, and the winner of the coveted butthole key. But, as exciting as the competition was, it wasn’t without its fair share of cheaters. Fortunately, Gary was on the case, and only a small number of runs were found to have cheated.
But enough about the past, let’s talk about the future. BAYC is already planning its next event, which will allow players to catch toads and unlock a companion trait. And if you missed out on the Dookey Dash event, don’t worry – you’ll still have a chance to participate in the toad event. Just remember, only Sewer Passes with a valid score greater than zero can participate in the summoning and transform their Sewer Passes.
With each event, BAYC continues to grow its ecosystem, with the Dookey Dash event alone seeing a 40% increase in participants. And with the metaverse and web3 gaming on the rise, it’s an exciting time to be a part of this community. So, if you’re not already a member, now is the perfect time to join the pack of weirdos that make up Bored Ape Yacht Club.
You can learn more about the highlights here.
TLDR:
- All Sewer Pass holders can now refresh the metadata on their passes to see final scores. You will be able to use your pass to summon your Power Source on March 8, 2023.
- All Sewer Pass holders can re-enter the sewer on February 22nd for an opportunity to earn a companion trait for their Power Sources during a bonus round, something we’re calling Toad Mode.
- This will be a separate leaderboard. More details to come. And a quick pat on the back to all of our players who played it fair and square.
- Only 2% of all scores were reset based on the score review process. Even if your score is currently set to 0, you can still play Toad Mode for a chance to get a score ahead of The Summoning.
